4. Shipping & Delivery

Spirit Headwear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier.

5. Customization & Branding

OEM and white-label services are available for qualified orders.
Buyers must provide accurate logos, artwork, and specifications within agreed timelines.
Spirit Headwear is not liable for delays caused by late approvals or design changes requested after production begins.

6. Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted only in cases of defective products or discrepancies in agreed specifications.
Claims must be reported in writing within 7 working days of receiving the shipment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, remains the property of Spirit Headwear unless otherwise stated.
Buyers may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent, except where OEM/white-label agreements apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spirit Headwear will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or the refund of purchase value (as applicable).
